A writer, translator, social activist
Ba Jin (November 25, 1904 - October 17, 2005), male, Han nationality, Sichuan Chengdu people, ancestral home Zhejiang Jiaxing. Ba Jin, the original name of Li Yaotang, and a pen name, pole, music, black waves, spring breeze and other words, Chinese writers, translators, social activists, non party patriotic democratic people. Ba Jin was born in a feudal bureaucratic family in Chengdu, Sichuan, in November 1904. After the 54 Movement, Ba Jin was deeply influenced by the thought of the new tide and began his personal anti feudal struggle under the influence of this thought. In 1923, Ba Jin left home for study in Shanghai, Nanjing and other places, and began his career of literary writing for half a century.
