Meng Xinyu was born in Yucheng, Henan Province in 1974. He graduated from the art school of Henan University. Member of China Artists Association, member of China 70 oil painting commune, director of Henan Artists Association, vice president of Henan Songshan Painting Academy. In 2011, he began to create his own studio Lin Lushan house in the Taihang ridge in the hinterland of Taihang Mountain, where he lived and created for a long time. His works have participated in the third China oil painting exhibition, the second, third and fifth China Beijing International Art Biennale, the first China Youth oil painting exhibition, oil painting art and contemporary society - China oil painting exhibition, the Twelfth National Art Exhibition and other exhibitions. His works won the excellent award (the highest award) in the "Fourth National Youth Art Exhibition", and the first oil painting exhibition of members of China Artists Association won the excellent award. His works are collected by art institutions such as China Art Museum, Henan Provincial Art Museum, Suzhou Art Museum, and national art foundation.
