1 piano background of local textbooks
From the late 1980s until the 1990s, a series of systematic piano introductory materials appeared in China. However, on the whole, on the one hand, there are still some limitations or deficiencies in the subjective design of these teaching materials; on the other hand, most of these teaching materials are suitable for people of lower age groups. So far, no one has really been recognized and accepted by the majority of teachers and students, while the popularization and use of Chinese native textbooks was born. It can be said that in the 20th century Chinese piano education is in an old or even conservative state, which needs to be adjusted and changed, and the full use of foreign textbooks - even with advanced ideas and methodologies, to give up on our own Children should also be encouraged to start their education in folk music.
We Chinese must use our own folk music to nurture our children. Of course, it is self-evident that we must study the West for foreign cultures such as the piano. However, we must digest, absorb and innovate such foreign cultures and make teaching materials suitable for our Chinese people.
2 Attempt to Build Piano Native Textbooks - "New Piano Entry and Advanced"
In the 1990s, I and Professor Wang Yan at the Sichuan Conservatory of Music co-edited and published a two-volume introductory piano introductory textbook entitled "New Piano Entry and Advancement." In general, the New Piano Entry and Advanced textbook is different from the previous textbooks and has some good beginnings and new ideas, so it can be gradually adopted in Sichuan Province and also in other parts of the country Gradually accepted, but it still has many limitations, its scientific, systematic and it covers the tracks and the degree of progress there are still some problems. After we have a new understanding of the basic theory and content covered by the basic textbooks, we think that this textbook needs to be updated and revised.

3 Piano Local Textbook Construction - "New Piano Basic Course"
After three years of deliberation, we set up an editorial board in late 2011 and embarked on a journey of writing our first set of books with national characteristics, basic theoretical support, and scientific and systematic materials. In this process, we compiled a number of drafts, repeatedly reinvent the wheel, rebuild the framework, reinvent the wheel, after repeated exploration, eventually formed a "new path Piano Basics Course" this textbook.
1. Teaching material advantages
This textbook has basically reached the teaching style of gradual and scientific systematism. The selective music focuses on the elements of national music, has the characteristics of our nation, and also absorbs the classic and diversity characteristics of foreign excellent teaching materials, and adapts to the youth Children in different age groups of physical conditions, with scientific training routes and methods, established to stimulate the masses love of music, happy to learn, learning piano through learning to create purpose.

2. Textbook composition
The New Path Piano Basic Course has four main courses, the first and second volumes are Enlightenment and Introduction (first and second volumes), about how to start learning the piano and seek some different routes from the previous teaching materials; Volumes 3 and 4 are "Techniques and Music" and cover the full range of piano technical skills and musical performance. There are also six additional albums, including electives, Etudes Etudes, Polyphonics, Large-scale song sets, as well as Chinese and foreign music collection.
3 teaching material characteristics
(1) A major feature of the "New Path Piano Fundamentals" is its innovativeness, which is not a mere album.
First, we put forward the concept of a comprehensive foundation by listing music performance as a single course, in parallel with technical training, and designing it in a tutorial manner.
Second, the basic teaching outline of the piano as a theoretical support for the textbook, so that the entire textbook has been scientifically and systematically guide.
Third, in order to stimulate people's interest in learning and carry out the concept of "happy learning piano", the original teaching module of interest has been created.
(2) Each book, each chapter, each lesson, each song, have added a comprehensive note and annotation.
(3) In the textbook to add a two-dimensional audio and visual demonstration, hope that through the demonstration, so that everyone on the basic requirements of the textbook has a full understanding.
(4) Designing interesting color pictures related to the artistic image of music, which is mainly reflected in the first volume. Since the children who came into contact with the first volume were relatively small, the way of acquiring knowledge mainly came from the visual, so the use of color pictures to stimulate them Learn interest and gain knowledge. In particular, to guide them to music imagination, this is a very important part.

4 The Necessity of Building Four Piano Local Textbooks
Music education is an important part of art quality education. Piano education is an important part of music education, which has its own advantages. Piano culture and classics, as if the piano is in the position of the king of the instrument, while the piano is popularization of music education popularization among the most widely recognized, a branch of the greatest significance, then we are engaged in the work of teachers and related departments responsible for the work You must have a professional role that matches your piano's status. However, the current situation of piano education is not optimistic, at least the following are worrisome.
First of all, blind utilitarian test scores, resulting in deviations piano hot line, left the art of quality education on the right track.
Secondly, we still use old teaching materials to a large extent today. We learn Beyer from generation to generation, but we do not think about how piano education as an aesthetic education should affect children through music. Let children have a harvest while influencing their life so that music can grow healthily and happily with them.
Lastly, we now have a great many music graduates who do not necessarily have to undergo good teacher training before engaging in education in the community. There are very strict rules in this field. Piano educators are required to obtain a diploma in education. However, our country still has not. I think our management mechanism should establish a certification method for our teachers' qualifications.
For piano basic teaching, teaching materials are the basis of education, the basis for carrying out advanced concepts, guiding the correct line and implementing scientific methods, and are comprehensive carriers for concrete implementation of the ideological line. The goal of modern piano basic education needs to be reflected, implemented and implemented depending on teaching materials adapted to the needs of the times.
Advanced education concept, supported by piano fundamental education theory research, put music education first, covering the overall basis of positioning, music, technology dual-track parallel coordinated development, follow the principle of gradual and orderly education, the current China's first set Piano teaching material with national music characteristics. However, it is only a helpless piece of teaching materials, a set of introductory materials, hoping it can stir a wave of waves, so that more composers, pianists and piano teachers to pay attention to and create belongs to our nation, our country Teaching materials, to complete our universal piano education in aesthetic education, art quality education which play a role.
