Daniel Caro

Self-taught artist

Born in Bogotá, Colombia where he currently lives and works. All his career has focused on drawing and painting with a constant conceptual evolution in composition and technique, painting origami figures, vintage objects, still lifes and trompe l'oeil. He has participated in several exhibitions and art fairs in the US, Spain, Mexico, Panama and Colombia, and has been invited to the prestigious European Museum of Modern Art - MEAM in Barcelona, as one of the greatest representatives of contemporary realism.
